Vintage late 1920's - early 1930's cotton polka dot dress!
Long sleeved, fun sailor style collar.
The collar and dots are a beige color.
The belt closes with two snap buttons and can be worn as you'd like or be removed all together.
Slips on over the head. There are hidden snap buttons at right top shoulder to help get into.
In good condition with some wear, at the v of the collar the fabric needs to be re-sewn about a centimeter. Strong and wearable cotton fabric!
