Rare 1920's Black Coat with Dramatic Collar

Insanely cool 1920's black velvet open hanging coat with pop up dramatic collar!

There are no closures to the coat and it's meant to hang open with a really unique silhouette

Sleeves are slightly cropped

Condition: Very good for age! I haven't tried to clean.
