Antique 1910's - 20's Overland Chore Coat
Interesting and rare early twentieth century Overland chore coat.
The buttons and tag on this chore coat resemble the same ads from Overland Auto company in the late teens early twenties.
A little history on Overland Willys,
"Willys was a brand name used by Willys–Overland Motors, an American automobile company best known for its design and production of military Jeeps and civilian versions during the 20th century." Wikipedia
Detachable buttons down the front, selvedge, paper tag, United Garment Worker's tag, appears to be hardly worn if at all .
I'm uncertain if it was issued to mechanics, a sales sample, or an accessory sold alongside vehicles.
