Sweet 1930's or earlier white cotton dress.
Whimsical details with ruffled collar and mother of pearl carved buttons up the back.
Selling as found, may need a soak/ some discoloring and dusty smell, some wear around a few button holes, and sleeves have been opened up on both sides so it's easier to wear/ a bit bigger, also some stress to fabric at waist banding and some seams.
